  1. You need 1 cup of garri.
  2. You need 1 cup of coconut flour.
  3. It's 1/2 cup of baking soda.
  4. It's 4 tbsp of butter.
  5. It's 1 tbsp of baking powder.
  6. You need 1/2 tsp of salt.
  7. Prepare 3/4 of peanut butter.
  8. You need 1 of egg.
  9. You need 1/2 cup of monk fruit.
  10. Prepare 1/2 of water.
  11. You need 1/2 of milk.

Healthy Garri cookies step by step

  1. Preheat your oven at 392 or 200.
  2. Put the water in the garri mix until dough ball crush any clumps.
  3. Measure coconut flour,baking soda,baking powder,butter,peanut butter,sugar & salt. Mix well until dough.
  4. Combine the 2 dough balls (coconut and garri).
  5. Add the egg and milk. Mix well!.
  6. Get tray out (if cookie tray grease it if not then don't)put the dough on the tray with a scooper..
  7. Put them in the oven poke at 17 min to see if doughy take out at 20 min or until brown..
  8. Allow to cool & enjoy.
