- You need 1 cup of garri.
- You need 1 cup of coconut flour.
- It's 1/2 cup of baking soda.
- It's 4 tbsp of butter.
- It's 1 tbsp of baking powder.

- Prepare 3/4 of peanut butter.
- You need 1 of egg.
- You need 1/2 cup of monk fruit.
- Prepare 1/2 of water.

Healthy Garri cookies step by step
- Preheat your oven at 392 or 200.
- Put the water in the garri mix until dough ball crush any clumps.
- Measure coconut flour,baking soda,baking powder,butter,peanut butter,sugar & salt. Mix well until dough.
- Combine the 2 dough balls (coconut and garri).
- Add the egg and milk. Mix well!.
- Get tray out (if cookie tray grease it if not then don't)put the dough on the tray with a scooper..
- Put them in the oven poke at 17 min to see if doughy take out at 20 min or until brown..
- Allow to cool & enjoy.
