  2. Prepare 1 lb of Frozen chopped spinach.
  3. Prepare 1/2 cup of Finely chopped yellow onion.
  4. You need 1 tbsp of Butter.
  5. You need 1/2 lb of Mushrooms.
  6. You need 1/4 cup of Coconut cream/milk.
  7. Prepare 1/2 cup of Celery (diced).
  8. It's 1/2 cup of Parsley leaves (loosely packed).
  9. It's 1/4 cup of Flour (coconut).
  10. You need 1 clove of Garlic (minced).
  11. You need 1 tsp of Kosher salt.
  12. It's 1 1/2 tsp of Black pepper.
  13. Prepare 1/4 tsp of Nutmeg.

Green Sliders instructions

  1. Defrost spinach - press out all liquid in colander.
  2. Heat butter over medium heat - toss in chopped onions, mushrooms, and salt/pepper to taste.
  3. Sautéed veggies until liquid has evaporated & onions softened.
  4. Purée (in blender) coconut milk, parsley, and celery.
  5. Pour purée over ground beef in a large bowl - add chopped spinach, coconut flour, garlic, measured salt/pepper, nutmeg, eggs (beaten), and mushrooms.
  6. Combine all ingredients by hand.
  7. Form mixture into patties.
  8. Fry in olive oil or cook on grill. Can add marinara sauce as topping if desired.
